Engineering Manager

Job qualifications:

• Candidate must be a
  Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Has more than
  5 years of experience
  in engineering operations
• Preferably with experience in
  property management and/or hotel industry
• With existing government mandated licenses and certifications (i.e., PCO, BOSH, OSH Practitioner, etc..) is an advantage
• Must be willing to work in
  Makati

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible with engineering operations, vendor management, technical regulatory compliance, project management and overall property safety program and execution
• To maintain the government mandated licenses and accreditations related to Property Engineering Operation, such as but not limited to: (a) act as Pollution Control Officer (as mandated by DENR and/or LLDA); (b) act as Safety Officer and/or OSH Practitioner (as mandated by the DOLE-BWC); (c) act as the Engineer Operation In-Charge.
