Engineering Manager

1.     Plan,
organize, and manage engineering activities to achieve optimal productivity,
cost -efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

2.     Lead
and mentor the engineering team, enhancing their skills and knowledge to
effectively support the company's quality policies, goals, and growth.

3.     Initiate,
develop, and implement continuous improvement programs such as Quality Control
Circles (QCC), cost reduction initiatives, and enhancements in process yield
and efficiency.

4.     Develop
staff competencies through comprehensive training, effective communication, and
motivation strategies.
