Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
Design, implementand refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions for cost reduction and waste elimination.
Apply lean, six sigma or other improvement methodologies to streamline workflows
Manage and mentor engineers and staff, building technicial and problem solving capabilities
Provide training on process improvement tools and methodologies
Foster a culture of accountability and innovation
Evaluate existing manufacturing/operations processes for effiency, cost and quality
Identify bottlenecks and implement lean/Six sigma improvement
Standardize workflows to ensure repeatability and scalability
Drive Kaizen, value stream mapping and other improvement intiatives
Champion a culture of continuos improvement across departments
Prioritize projects based on ROI, risk, and strategic alignment
Collect and analyze production data, KPIs and quality metrics
