Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for developing and implementing company engineering policies and standards and providing specialist engineering knowledge. The incumbent will implement and ensure execution of a standardised asset lifecycle management approach and maintenance management system across the organisation and will drive standardisation of and coordinate spare parts management and maintenance planning.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve quality of engineering service, performance, and budgetary and operational efficiency for the unit.
• Drive for optimal asset care and improvement through establishing systems that could be deployed for maintenance applicable to plant and services (continuous improvement based).
