Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, driving execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives across our platform. You’ll operate at the intersection of people leadership, technical strategy, and delivery, partnering closely with Product, Architecture, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

While this role remains technically informed, the primary focus is on team leadership, execution, and impact at scale, rather than day-to-day coding.
