Salary: $90,000 – $130,000
An established international clean technology organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead municipal engineering projects related to water, wastewater, and air treatment systems. This role focuses on managing engineering teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring high-quality technical delivery across multiple municipal initiatives.
Schedule & Work Model
Hybrid: 3–4 days onsite in Guelph
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a team of engineers and drafters on municipal design projects
Oversee engineering design, tender preparation, budgeting, and procurement activities
