• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team (Java, PL/SQL, QA, DevOps) with clear ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
  
• Establish prioritization and escalation paths to reduce dependency on senior management and contain escalations within engineering.

• Provide hands-on technical guidance in Java, database systems (Oracle/PL-SQL), and architecture planning/design reviews.
