About the role

As an Engineering Manager (M&E) at Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering projects and teams which is based in Ayer Itam, Penang. This full-time position will oversee the successful delivery of complex M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

• Provide overall management and leadership for M&E engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation and monitoring.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality outputs.
