Engineering manager

Overview
A role for a GCC M&W qualified Engineering Manager with gold (or similar) plant background.
Salary: R140,000 – R200,000 per month.
Duties & Responsibilities
Leading a team of around 50 people, incl. the GESs and Foremen – Electrical and Mechanical, to manage legal compliance, maintenance and development in a gold plant environment.
There is also a small opencast fleet, winders and water pumping from an old shaft to be managed.
Previous experience responsible for conveyor belt, pumping systems, mills, cyclones, thickeners, screens, small cold room and a small yellow fleet – typical gold plant environment. Requirements
GCC Mines & Works
Degree / National Diploma in Engineering – Electrical or Mechanical is preferred. Artisans who have subsequently qualfied with their GCC Mines & Works can also be considered
A minimum of 5 years relevant exp as a fully appointed Engineer – either 2.13.3.1 or 2.13.1
