Engineering Manager

• Lead and manage the engineering team (mechanical, electrical, civil, or maintenance as applicable)
  
• Plan, monitor, and control engineering projects and maintenance activities
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and government regulations
  
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and asset management plans
  
• Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and technical reports
  
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and resource requirements
  
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical guidance to staff
  
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
  
• Respond to emergencies and critical equipment issues when need
