Engineering Manager, Platform & DevOps

Position Overview

We’re growing our Cloud Infrastructure Engineering capability within the COO GET Engineering organization. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who blends platform engineering and application delivery leadership. Roughly 60% of the role focuses on owning delivery for one or more business applications (partnering with PM/Design, shepherding roadmaps, and hitting SLOs). The remaining 40% focuses on building and evolving our internal CICD platform, plus observability, and paved roads that boost developer productivity. You’ll lead a team of DevOps/Platform engineers, set technical direction, and partner across Software Engineering, Security, and Product to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you remove blockers, review designs/PRs, coach engineers, and own results end‑to‑end. Hybrid work in Squad Model across all GEO Centers.
