Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from initial concept to mass production.
Review engineering designs, and technical specifications to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
Evaluate, audit, and manage OEM/ODM suppliers and factories in Mainland China.
Ensure all electrical appliances meet international safety standards, certifications (CE, GS, UL, RoHS, etc.), and quality regulations.
Requirements
5+ years of senior engineering or engineering management experience, within a buying office environment.
Degree or above in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in consumer electronics, electrical appliances, and small kitchen appliances.
Experience in OEM and ODM for home electrical appliances
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Willingness to travel to Mainland China for factory visits and quality audits when required.
