Job Description

Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager   
Location:  Bangalore | Experience:  8–14 yrs  
About the Role   
We’re hiring an Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager  to lead high-performing full-stack  teams delivering end-to-end product experiences across UI  and backend services . Level will be determined based on candidate experience and impact, with an expectation of being ~20% hands-on  (as needed) while scaling team execution.  
What You’ll Do   
Lead and grow engineering teams (~6–10 engineers per team ; EM typically owns one team , Sr. EM may own multiple teams )  
Drive end-to-end delivery  from product discovery to production, ensuring predictable execution on scope, timelines, ...
