Molex DSS/OSCO is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering function at our high-volume manufacturing site in Rokitki, Poland. This role is critical in supporting mass production, driving process excellence, and enabling successful New Product Introduction (NPI)/transfer of advanced fiber-optic products.

Our Team

The Engineering Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team, act as a key partner to Production and Quality, and collaborate closely with global engineering organizations to scale new technologies into stable, efficient manufacturing processes.
What You Will Do

Lead, develop, and motivate the local Engineering team, ensuring strong technical capability, ownership, and performance
