Engineering Manager - Salesforce

We are looking for a

hands-on Engineering Manager / Tech Delivery Manager

with strong Salesforce expertise who can

code when needed, lead delivery, and manage enterprise client expectations .
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a

player-coach model —driving architecture and delivery while actively contributing to solution design, troubleshooting, and critical development.
Required Skills & Experience
10–14 years of IT experience with

5–8 years in Salesforce hands-on development
Strong expertise in:
Apex, LWC, Lightning Components
Salesforce configuration & customization
Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)
Solid experience with:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Exposure to

Agentforce, Data Cloud

is a plus
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills
Experience in

CI/CD tools, Git, DevOps processes
