Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement asset care strategies to improve overall equipment performance and reliability.
Lead engineering teams for installation and maintenance of facilities, utilities, and process equipment.
Optimize maintenance costs while enhancing asset availability using advanced techniques (RCM, risk-based approaches, Lean/Six Sigma).
Maintain technical expertise for key equipment and utilities (e.g., formulation equipment, boiler, air compressor, chiller, purified water plant, HVAC).
Provide guidance on design and procurement of process equipment and utilities for pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging.
Prepare and manage operating and capital expenditure budgets effectively.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Manage third-party vendors, ensuring compliance and performance standards.
