The Engineering Manager ensures the operational continuity, asset preservation, and technical excellence across the DPI portfolio by managing preventive maintenance, CAPEX projects, technical audits, and building engineers and technical staff performance.
Job Requirements:
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience in facilities management or property management, specifically with high-rise commercial/residential settings.
Proven experience in handling multiple properties, ability to travel, and manage remote teams.
Demonstrated success in managing CAPEX projects (e.g., Lift Modernization, Genset Replacement) of significant value.
Deep technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems specific to high-rise settings (e.g., HVAC, Generator ...
