Engineering Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the Engineering Department and ensuring a properly functioning, safe, and secure building.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Building Maintenance

Supervise building maintenance activities, staff, contractors, tenants, and landlord relationships.

Direct, evaluate, and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure building systems operate at peak performance.

Regularly communicate with landlord and facility partners.

Conduct building audits, develop work plans, and implement cost‑effective solutions consistent with the company’s overall vision.

Ensure the building meets all legislative and operational requirements.

Ensure 24‑hour service availability.

Implement initiatives aimed at improving processes, safety, and efficiencies while achieving cost reductions.
