Engineering Manager Toronto

We are seeking an Engineering Manager(Electrical) to join our client's manufacturing team in the Toronto, ON region. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a cooperative and inclusive workplace. Provide technical guidance on systems, designs, and code reviews (Servos, VFDs, PLCs). Develop long-term product roadmaps and prioritize team workloads. Approve engineering designs, quotations, and supplier orders. Collaborate with project management, customer teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain and report on key project metrics, and support SRED submissions. 5+ years of experience in Automation/Industrial Machinery design and project management. Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
