Engineering Manager

This position requires an individual experienced in the development of NPD/ODM　projects, preferably Adaptor and charger devices, with direct responsibility in anaging NPD/ODM projects.
A strong understanding of physics and electrical engineering fundamentals is required. Work cross-functionally with senior management in other departments to support business cost reduction
- Manage entire Engineering division within the group (approximately 180 staffs) to obtain overall process / budget improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with Senior management in other departments to support business cost reduction
- Proven ability to build and grow engineering teams and set up R&D division across Asia pacific such as Singapore and Japan.
- Responsible for product design and Assembly drawings for OEM and ODM products
