ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Backend engineering teams at LayerZero. You'll own the people, process, and technical direction for systems handling some of the highest-stakes infrastructure in Web3, while staying technical enough that your engineers actually want your opinion on their architecture.
