Overview

Your role: As a Engineering Manager VSS, your mission is to lead the technical and design authority for our Semiconductor Service Division (VSS), driving a broader and more complex engineered service product portfolio. You will report to the Head of Product Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of strategic engineering roadmaps for innovative service products.
• Translate roadmap objectives into actionable engineering projects that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Act as technical and design authority for service product engineering decisions within the region.
• Define, approve, and govern pragmatic, legally compliant engineering solutions with full documentation traceability.
• Engineer scalable service product upgrades and retrofit solutions that create new revenue streams.
