Job Description

 
  Responsibilities 
 Build & lead a team of diverse skills in the mechanical domain.
 Owns oversight and roadmap for Engineering infrastructure including in-house lab and rapid prototype equipment.
 Works with PMO organizations and other engineering leaders to set the priorities for the teams and select projects to meet business needs and team capabilities.
 Coordinates project requirements, communicate status and monitor progress.
 Perform personnel management duties establishing and documenting clearly defined performance goals and objectives.
 Continuously learn and improve processes to efficiently develop high-quality products in a timely manner.
 Provide technical leadership and mentorship. and work directions for the team members.
 Collaborate and support the Operations team
