    • Key Accountabilities

  • Carry out scheduling, supervision, controlling and implementation of all repairs, maintenances and projects; and assist in renovation works within the Hotel premises.

  • Ensure the economical, efficient and reliable work quality of works for the Hotel in order to achieve guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and provide a safe and well-maintained environment.

  • Ensure compliance of statutory government law by timely monitoring of system, arranging of inspection and timely submission of reports, with guidance by superiors.
