Engineering/NPI Tech-Lead

**Role Description**



We are seeking an experienced Engineering/NPI tech-lead to take full ownership of the engineering aspects of ongoing production across all manufacturing lines (in-house and/or at subcontractors).



The role focuses on industrialization, production support, engineering data management, and continuous improvement. It includes responsibility for product transfer from R&D to production (NPI), manufacturing files, ECO execution and implementation, yield and quality improvement, and ensuring stable, efficient, and scalable production.



The role is hands-on and operations-oriented, bridging R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.



**As part of your role, you will**



+ Own and maintain Invenco’s product structure (product tree) for multidisciplinary hardware-software systems.

+ Lead R&D-to-production handover and ensure end-to-end NPI readiness and execution.
