Engineering Officer

Responsibilities:
Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
Prepares of the budget for repairs and maintenance
Ensures compliance with all government requirements
Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered / Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in residential property or real estate management
Strong technical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Must be willing to work in Alabang or Taguig
