Engineering Officer

Responsibilities:

• Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
• Prepares of the budget for repairs and maintenance
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered / Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in residential property or real estate management
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Must be willing to work in Alabang or Taguig
