A Day in the Life: 

Bunge has an outstanding opportunity for individuals to join the Bunge Operations team as an Engineering Operations Trainee and participate in a comprehensive training program crafted to give an understanding of the operations and processes of Bunge’s facilities, that could include crushing and refining facilities, grain facilities, or packaging facilities. Over an 18-month time frame, successful candidates will develop skills and knowledge of our day-to-day operations. Upon successful completion of the program, Engineering Operations Trainees will apply for consideration to a full-time position typically within the following functions Engineering, Supervision, Maintenance and Reliability, Environmental Health & Safety, Continuous Improvement, or any other open roles in which they meet the qualifications.
