Engineering Project Manager (Easton)

Responsible for leading cross‑functional engineering projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring results are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager owns all project deliverables, drives schedules, manages risks, and ensures clear communication across engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams. This position plays a critical role in coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and presenting status updates to leadership while continuously improving project execution through Lean and quality principles.

Position Scope:

Coordinate and manage a project through completion in the project lifecycle. Responsible to direct and follow stated processes for tactical activities related to planning, execution, and delivery of desired results to commercialize a product for an approved Engineering project initiative.
