Project Planning and Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, product cost targets and scope. 

Coordinate resources, define work packages, manage budgets, and track project risks and issues. 

Execute each step of the project, from inception to delivery. 

Monitor and control project scope. Document scope changes and identify impacts on timelines, budget, and quality.
