DUTIES

The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for supervising technical staff in the Project Engineering team, including training and mentoring junior staff. The Supervisor will be accountable for consulting with faculty, staff, and students to prepare project designs for laboratory and scientific equipment. The incumbent will also prepare cost estimates and provide project status updates. Duties include completing analysis for a wide range of applications, including compliance for pressure systems; preparing CAD files for parts and assemblies; and tracking fabrication activities.
