Responsibilities
Manages a group or function within the CWI technology organization – primarily focused around Type 1 Research and Development with focus on polymers, simulations, metallurgy, and advanced analysis and material research.
Responsible for meeting objectives within the assigned areas of responsibility.
Provides leadership and consultation to engineering managers and professional colleagues.
Educates, mentors and supervises engineering managers and less experienced staff.
Formulates goals and forecasts personnel requisitions.
Monitors and approves contributions and updates to design guidelines.
Supports product line management in the development and commercialization of new products and services through the PDM process.
Provides technical advice and support to Product Line, Operations, Geoscience, Sales and Marketing on the application of products and services.
