Engineering shaft maintenance planner

To develop, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and project plans for shaft engineering operations, ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective functioning of shaft infrastructure, equipment, and systems in line with legal, company, and operational requirements.

Develop, update, and optimize maintenance and project schedules for shaft engineering activities. Coordinate planned maintenance of winder systems, shaft infrastructure, conveyances, pumping systems, and shaft services. Ensure compliance with OEM specifications, company standards, and statutory requirements. Liaise with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to align resources and materials with planned work. Monitor the execution of work against schedules and adjust plans where required.
