Job Description

We are seeking a passionate GBS Funds Squad Lead to join our growing team in Krakow. In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary squad responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting Euroclear’s funds applications. You will collaborate closely with teams in Sweden and France to deliver integrated solutions across borders. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will combine technical expertise with team management, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Squad Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and testers. Foster a collaborative, agile, and high-performance culture.
Hands-on Technical Contribution: Actively participate in design, development, and troubleshooting. Lead by example in code quality, automation, and best practices.
