AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Engineering Kitchen & Laundry at our AYANA Komodo property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the kitchen and laundry facilities in compliance with all industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and engineering, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen and laundry facilities, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on all kitchen and laundry equipment, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washing machines.
