Engineering Staff

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Technology
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
• With experience in chilled water system
• Strong communication skills and holds the ability to be responsible in critical thinking and decision making.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, repair & trouble shooting.

2. Monitoring of hospital facilities, electrical and mechanical equipment.

3. Responsible for the continuous operation and reliability of the facility's mechanical & electrical infrastructure.

4. Ensure building comfort & safety while maintaining compliance with safety & health standards.

5. Inspection of HVAC units.

6. Responsible for responding to work request/orders promptly.
