• Coordinating work specific scopes & trades
• Participating in project meetings
• Inputting and updating deficiency logs
• Taking progress photographs using 360 cameras
• Updating field drawings
• Producing as‑built drawings
• Performing quantity takeoffs
• Verifying site conditions by coordinating with drawings
• Supervising sub‑trade work
• Setting‑up / Maintaining record keeping
• Layout site lines and grades using total station
• Creating and maintaining graphical schedules
• Obtaining scheduling information from sub‑trades
• Monitoring workforce productivity
