Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and lead a team of technician and engineering staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure effective teamwork and high performance in doing the Preventive Maintenance and projects
• Provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams in troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on complex engineering problems.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities with overall plant operations.
• Identify training needs for engineering staff and facilitate professional development to enhance skills and keep the team abreast of industry advancements
• Enforce Company Policies, Work Instructions, Procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of engineering processes, designs, and project/maintenance outcomes.
