Engineering Supervisor

OVERVIEW:

The Engineering Supervisor (VisMin Projects) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all engineering activities for residential development projects. This role ensures that site development, infrastructure, and housing construction are executed according to approved plans, specifications, timelines, and Philippine regulatory standards. The position bridges design and construction, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance throughout project implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To provide technical due diligence for upcoming projects;
• To supervise the day-to-day activities of the Design Engineering Staff.
