Engineering Supervisor

**Description:**

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for keeping the preventive maintenance program up to date, ensuring that work orders are completed and closed satisfactorily, and monitoring ongoing maintenance activities. Key duties include defining staff schedules, coordinating and supervising external contractors, and conducting daily inspection rounds. The role also involves training and evaluating team members, while fostering a results-oriented approach and a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position and in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
+ Strong knowledge of electromechanics and industrial electricity.
+ Proficiency in maintenance management software (preventive and corrective).
+ Experience with energy management systems and fire protection systems.
