Engineering Supervisor

The Engineering Supervisor ensures continuous and efficient operations of facilities, kitchen equipment, and machinery in Mary Grace stores' (restaurants and kiosks) including waste water treatment facility, electrical, air-conditioning, among others.

This includes leading a group of engineers, technicians, and specialists to execute appropriate preventive maintenance programs and repair activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages a team of technicians (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil works, etc.) for the execution of repairs and maintenance works.
• Manages a team of administrative coordinators to ensure that work permits and materials are complete for the smooth execution of repairs and maintenance works.
• Develops, maintains, and implements monthly work plan activities for the Engineering Group.
