Engineering Supervisor

Job Description:

· Assist the Department Manager in planning and scheduling the weekly and monthly preventive maintenance of all manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible in planning and scheduling the preventive maintenance of all manufacturing equipment.

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engineering team to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

· Coordinate with building contractor regarding building modification, issues or any other concerns.

· Prepare necessary reports on machine maintenance, machine downtime and occurrence and of machine troubles and facility equipment.

· Monitor energy consumption of each machinery including building lightings and air conditioning system.

· Provide energy reduction schemes for the company.

· Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, assisting them in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
