Engineering Supervisor

Location: SM City Iloilo

Oversees daily engineering operations, ensuring equipment, utilities, and processes are properly maintained and compliant with safety standards. Supervises installations, repairs, and maintenance, prepares schedules, coordinates resources, and monitors contractor activities. Manages project implementation, documentation, and performance reporting while training and developing technical staff. Ensures proper use of materials and equipment, conducts inspections, and supports quality and productivity programs to maintain operational efficiency.
