Engineering Supervisor

The Engineering Supervisor will oversee the optimization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production process equipment, refrigeration systems, compressed air systems, electrical and power systems, and other plant utilities. You will be responsible for supervising daily engineering operations, leading preventive maintenance programs, managing projects, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the plant environment.

• Leads and implements the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program to ensure equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Maintains and improves production process equipment systems through upgrades, repairs, and reliability initiatives.
• Oversees refrigeration system efficiency and reliability, including PM activities, corrective actions, and system improvements.
