Engineering Supervisor

We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to assist the Engineering Manager in planning, coordinating major projects, and managing technical teams. The successful candidate will develop strategies, manage budgets, and ensure the operational success of their assigned section. You will work closely with technical teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Assist in leading technical activities, including planning and implementation of engineering projects.
Maintenance Management: Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) records and machine histories for food manufacturing equipment.
Operational Excellence: Monitor and check countermeasures to achieve set section KPIs, such as Machine Availability, MTTR-MTBF, and Job Order completion.
Project Management: Create Scopes of Work (SOW), Bills of Materials (BOM), and lead projects for line improvements.
