Engineering Supervisor

Role:

• Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects such as equipment installations, process improvements,

Infrastructure upgrades, and external construction or renovation works. Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate

a diverse team.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers for outsourced projects.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Supervise daily facility operations including preventive and reactive maintenance of utilities (HVAC, plumbing,

electrical, gensets, etc.), buildings, and grounds.

• Develop and oversee implementation of facility maintenance schedules and programs.

• Lead, coach, and develop engineering and maintenance personnel and assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor
