💼 What You’ll Own:

✔ End-to-end recruitment for Engineering positions

✔ Client stakeholder management & requirement understanding

✔ Strategic sourcing via portals & headhunting

✔ Screening, interviews & offer management

✔ Ensuring smooth joining & post-offer engagement

✔ Handling escalations professionally

✔ Leading & mentoring a recruitment team

✔ Driving performance using ATS & recruitment metrics

🎯 What We Need: * 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment (Engineering domain preferred) * Strong account management exposure * Experience handling multiple mandates & team targets * Excellent communication & negotiation skills
