Overview

As Engineering Team Lead, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager to lead a team of multi-skilled engineers across continental shifts. You will be responsible for prioritising maintenance support, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, and driving a proactive approach to both preventative maintenance and fault resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the shift engineering team (including apprentices)
• Prioritise and coordinate response to equipment breakdowns across production lines
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules using CMMS systems
