Overview

Job Title: Engineering Team Leader
Location: Newport, (Commutable from Bristol, Avonmouth, Cwmbran, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Aberdare and surrounding areas)
Package: £58,000 - £60,000 + Enhanced Overtime + Bonus + An attractive training and development opportunities!
Shift: 12 hour shifts (Covering Days & Nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with the engineering manager to manage the day to day running of the engineering processes.
• Attending both planned and reactive maintenance of food processing machinery
• Provide support and guidance to engineers and the operations team
• Offer support and guidance on breakdowns and offering backing when needed.
• Ensure work is equally distributed between the team ensuring schedules are followed
• Complete shift handovers, update breakdown boards, and create reports for effective transitions
