Engineering Technician 5

Our Client, a Medical Technology company, is looking for a Engineering Technician 5 for their Sunnyvale, CA location. Responsibilities:

+ This position will be responsible for the support of engineers in the Vision NPI department.

+ This includes assembly of test equipment for endoscopes and other vision system components, assembling prototype endoscopes, and conducting testing and calibration of endoscopes and other components of client’s vision system.

+ This position will also be responsible for the preventive maintenance and calibration of engineering owned imaging and electronic test equipment in the Vision NPI engineering lab.

+ Build and assist with construction of electro-mechanical test fixtures and engineering prototypes

+ Build and testing of prototype endoscopes and other vision related products

+ Perform tests and calibration of optical systems using custom made test equipment
